We provide fair and affordable pricing for in home repair. Our prices and policies are straight forward, and there are never any hidden charges. We provide the following:

 

 

We only do the work after you give approval, based on a flat rate estimate from the Regional flat rate guide.

 

Our trip charge and diagnostic fee is $65.00 for all major appliances plus tax. This fee is applied towards the repair cost if you choose to fix the appliance.

 

Our trip charge and diagnostic fee is $75.00 for all HVAC equipment plus tax.  This fee is applied towards the repair cost if you choose to fix the appliance.

 

Your are responsible for the trip charge oryour technician's quoted labor. Not both. The technicians quoted fee is a flat rate charge that does not include the trip charge.

 

No extra charge for work done at night and on the weekends.

 

No extra charge for travel.

Our payments options are flexible. We accept the following payments: cash, all major credit cards, checks which may be converted to electronic check, on line payments, invoice payments (if approved in advance), or payments over the phone. All payment collection is secure and confidential.
