1) The Fridge is Too Empty
A refrigerator isn’t actually designed to maintain a near-freezing temperature while standing completely empty. You may even have noticed that completely empty fridges tend to feel a little warm, while packed fridges are more likely to feel cold when you stick your hand inside.

2) The Freezer-to-Fridge Vent is Blocked
Cold in your fridge comes from the freezer compartment. The condenser coils give off cold from the coolant inside, which is channeled into the freezer compartment, then blown into the fridge compartment through a vent in-between. However, if that vent is blocked, the cold air can’t get through. Your freezer will stay super cold and your fridge will slowly get warmer.
To know if this is your problem, first find the vent, then determine if any large or boxed items are blocking it from either side.
